Greetings Toastmasters!

Looking for a way to help strengthen District 207 without taking on a major leadership role? We have opportunities for you…most just a short stint of 12 weeks, 2 hours a week.

Here's where you can get involved:

Extension Committee: Help identify and launch new clubs across the District. Great for members excited about supporting brand‑new leaders and speakers. (~12 weeks, 2 hrs/week)
Club Coaches: Support clubs with 3–12 members as they rebuild and grow. Coaches typically serve 1–2 years, attending Executive Committee meetings and select club meetings. Contact Rich Lemert, Club Coach Chair, at coaches@d207tm.org.

Other flexible roles (same 12-week, 2 hrs/week commitment):

Extension Chair – Leads the new‑club pipeline
Outreach Lead – Builds relationships with companies and community groups
Demo Meeting Team – Helps run demo/info meetings
New Club Research – Identifies markets and prospects for new clubs
Corporate & Community Liaisons – Connects with Chambers, Rotary, and similar organizations

No experience needed, we'll equip you with the Club Building Strategy Guide, District Market Analysis Plan, and ongoing support.
