I am reaching out today because your club’s proxy vote designation for the upcoming 2026 Annual Business meeting on August 19 in Vancouver, BC, Canada HAS NOT been submitted.

As a club leader, you have the responsibility to facilitate discussion about the International Director candidates running for election. As your club’s President, you or your Club Secretary, hold the responsibility for assigning your club’s two proxy votes (i.e. who will carry your club’s vote at the meeting) and any voting instructions that are to be carried out by your proxy.

If you don’t have a member who will be attending the meeting, please designate Courtney Carlovsky, District 207 Director as your proxy vote holder.

TIME IS RUNNING OUT! Please assign your proxy votes and instructions no later than August 12, 2026 at 11:59pm for your club’s voice to be heard!
