Good Morning District Council,

Thank you so much for attending the Council meeting on September 17, 2026 at 7pm.  During the meeting, the Credentials Chair established that we DID NOT have quorum.  However, the Parliamentarian reviewed the final registration list and has determined that we DID have quorum on September 17, 2026.  This update will be noted in the meeting minutes. 

As a result of establishing quorum for the Business meeting, the following items were adopted during the meeting:

1. Confirm Appointment of District 207 Officers for 2026-2027
2. Approve of District 7 Minutes Fall 2024-2025
3. Approve of District 15 Minutes Spring 2025-2026
4. Approve of District 207 Formation Minutes Spring 2026
5. Approve of District 7 Audit/Financial Review 2025-2026
6. Adoption of District 207 Budget 2026-2027
7. Approve District Success Plan 2026-2027
8. Approve Contest Rotation 2026 & forward
9. Approve Conference Rotation 2026 & forward
10. Approve Remote Leadership Policy (Area & Division Directors)
11. Approve Participation in Toastmasters International Global Marketing Campaign

Item to be approved during the Spring Business Meeting:  

1. District 15 Audit/Financial Review 2025-2026

Thank you for your participation in the District Council Fall Business Meeting.  You helped our District take an important step forward to complete its work.
