Good Evening Club Officer,
You are receiving this email because you are serving as a President, Vice President-Education, or Treasurer for your club.
As part of establishing District 207, the District Leader team and I are trying to find ways to be more efficient as well as find tools to help make your service less stressful and more impactful for your clubs.
One way we are doing this is by revamping the District Incentive program. Previously, our old District provided gift certificates as incentives that could only be used at the Toastmasters store but left those clubs that didn’t have those needs with something they couldn’t use. Additionally, the submission process to redeem incentives left our clubs asking a lot of questions.
In an answer to these pain points, District 207 will be using a tool call Incentive Tracker to help smooth and ease the incentive submission process. For more information, go to this link District Incentives / District Dollars FAQ – District 207 Toastmasters
Training on the Incentive Tracker tool is coming up on August 25, 2026 from 7pm-8pm MDT/6pm-7pm PDT. Link to join the training: August 25 Incentive Tracker Training .
Most of the incentives your club earns, you won’t have to submit any documents or information. They will be submitted on your behalf based on information from the Distinguished Club Program (DCP).
There are a few instances where this is not the case such as during membership drive campaigns (Smedley, Talk up Toastmasters, and Beat the Clock). If you have any Incentive questions, please reach out to Michael Hachigian at pqd@d207tm.org
Once your club has earned Incentives, we call what you earn District Dollars. These dollars can be used for reimbursement for expenses such as Toastmasters store purchases (ballots, ribbons, etc.), zoom licenses, room rental expenses, etc.
In order to redeem your dollars, your club (at least one of President, VPE, or Treasurer) will need to establish Concur access (see directions below). Concur is the Toastmasters Expense management system used to provide reimbursements for District expenses. Set up your login sooner rather than later so that any reimbursement needs your club has will be timely and smooth. Some of you may have set up access in the past. Please check that you can log in and that you have two-factor authentication set up as it is a new feature over the last couple of years. Please follow the instructions below.
One pain point in setting up access is getting an email back from Concur to establish access and two-factor authentication.
After you have set up your login information, please set up your bank account information or check to see if the account you previously set up is still valid.
Here are the directions to set up your Concur login:
- User ID: [8-digit member ID]@toastmasters.org
o Example: 00112233@toastmasters.org - Select “SAP Concur Password”
- Select forgot password
- This should send an email with a link allowing you to update your password and subsequently login
If you have any issues with login specifically, including the 2-factor authentication requirement, please view the Logging into Concur training. If you continue to have issues getting set up, please let the District Concur team know at districtconcur@toastmasters.org
Have a great day!
Michael Hachigian
