Thank you for serving as a leader within your club! Recently, you received a Toastmasters International email regarding your club’s proxy vote for the upcoming 2026 Annual Business Meeting on August 19 in Vancouver, BC, Canada. As a club leader, you have the responsibility to facilitate discussion about the International Director candidates running for election. As your club’s President, you or your Club Secretary hold the responsibility for assigning your club’s two proxy votes (i.e., who will vote your club’s votes at the business meeting) and any voting instructions that are to be carried out by your proxy.

If you don’t have a member who will be attending the meeting, please designate Courtney Carlovsky, District 207 Director, as your proxy vote holder.

Please assign your proxy votes and instructions no later than August 12, 2026, at 11:59 pm for your club’s voice to be heard!
