About Us – Welcome to District 207

District 207 is the new Toastmasters district for clubs in parts of Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Wyoming, and Southern Washington, formed in July 2026 from the merger of the former Districts 7 and 15. The mission of the district is to build new clubs and support all clubs in achieving excellence.

Our club meetings are at the heart of how our members achieve effective communication and leadership skills. Pathways

In addition to the supportive club environment, there is a structured education program called Pathways. It is our experience that the more people get involved in our education program, the more they develop their communication and leadership skills and confidence.  Our club meetings are designed to draw all elements of our education – prepared speeches, table topics, evaluations, as well as functionary roles such as timekeeping and tracking great use of language.
